Before you switch

When is MyCashflow an alternative to Spendee or Wallet?

When you want payment drafts from forwarded notifications, a wealth overview and planning tools without connecting a bank account. Spendee and Wallet also support manual tracking; compare the workflow you will actually use.

How does MyCashflow compare with YNAB?

YNAB focuses on allocating available money to priorities. MyCashflow brings transaction tracking, wealth and future cashflow together. MyCashflow MAX costs €24/year including VAT; YNAB lists US$109/year plus applicable tax. These are different currencies and products.

Why use MyCashflow instead of Excel?

Choose MyCashflow for ready-made transaction forms, recurring rules, notification drafts and financial views. Choose a spreadsheet if custom formulas and complete control of the layout matter more to you.

Does MyCashflow work completely offline?

Do not assume every feature works offline. Server features such as notification reception, cloud synchronisation and online document processing need internet access.

Is everything included in Free?

No. Free covers the core tracking experience. Pro adds recurring automation and imports, MAX adds financial inbox and planning tools, and BOX is a separate document archive plan. See the plans page for current details.
